The Tenant Council is designed to give tenants an opportunity to keep up-to-date with what is going on at the building as well as a chance to work together to make positive solutions to improve company and employee work environments. The Tenant Council is comprised of one representative per tenant.

The IT Committee is designed to keep the companies in Semantic Seed enabled properties on the cutting-edge of technology. With technology advancing rapidly, the need to keep up with the latest tech trends and innovations is greatly important to the success of Silicon Valley, the US, Semantic Seed and the tenant businesses developing at the center. The IT Committee is comprised of knowledgeable IT members from various tenants at the building.
